1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store and placing orders through it.

1.2. The Store operates as an intermediary platform (dropshipping model), enabling Customers to purchase products offered by independent third-party suppliers.

1.3. The Store does not manufacture, store, or physically handle products. All products are supplied and shipped directly by external suppliers.

1.4. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Store acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the Supplier.

1.5. Products available on the Store are shipped directly from international warehouses of third-party suppliers to the Customer.

1.6. The Customer, by placing an order, may be considered the importer of the goods and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related obligations in accordance with applicable laws, unless the supplier uses the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) system.

1.7. If IOSS is applied, VAT may be included in the product price and settled by the supplier. Otherwise, the Customer is responsible for paying VAT and customs duties upon import.

1.8. The Store informs the Customer prior to purchase whether VAT is included in the price or payable upon delivery.

1.9. The Store cooperates with international suppliers and logistics partners to fulfill orders.

1.10. The Store reserves the right to limit availability of products or services based on region or customer group.


2. ORDER FULFILLMENT

2.1. Products offered in the Store are provided through cooperation with third-party suppliers.

2.2. Once full payment is received, the Store forwards the order to the supplier, who prepares and ships the product directly to the Customer.

2.3. Orders not paid within a specified time may be canceled.

2.4. Order processing time is up to 7 business days, while delivery time may range from 4 to 45 business days, depending on supplier and destination.

2.5. The Customer acknowledges and accepts extended international shipping times.

2.6. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • suppliers,
  • logistics providers,
  • customs clearance,
  • force majeure,
  • incorrect customer details.

2.7. If delivery exceeds 45 business days, the Customer may request a refund, subject to submitting a request within a specified timeframe.


3. PURCHASE CONDITIONS

3.1. By placing an order, the Customer enters into a purchase agreement under these Terms.

3.2. The Store may refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • technical errors,
  • incorrect pricing or descriptions,
  • lack of supplier availability,
  • suspected violation of Terms.

3.3. Product prices:

  • may include VAT if IOSS applies,
  • may exclude VAT and customs duties if IOSS does not apply.

3.4. Price information is clearly displayed before purchase.

3.5. Price changes do not affect orders already paid.


4. LIABILITY OF THE STORE

4.1. The Store makes reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate.

4.2. The Store is not responsible for product availability changes caused by suppliers.

4.3. The Store is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.

4.4. The Store acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee product quality, but may assist Customers in the complaint process.


5. CUSTOMER DATA & PRIVACY

5.1. Customer data is processed solely for order fulfillment.

5.2. Data may be shared with suppliers, logistics providers, and payment operators.

5.3. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to such data processing.

6. PRODUCT SAFETY (GPSR)

6.1. Products comply with applicable safety regulations and may include CE marking where required.

6.2. If a product is deemed unsafe, Customers will be notified with instructions.

6.3. Customers must use products according to manufacturer instructions.


7. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

7.1. Customers have the right to file complaints under applicable consumer laws.

7.2. Complaints must be submitted with:

  • order number,
  • description of the issue,
  • contact details,
  • supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

7.3. Complaints are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.

7.4. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product (if applicable).

7.5. Detailed return conditions are specified in the Refund Policy.


8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

8.2. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of changes.

8.3. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable law.
